Last updated: August 23, 2026. This policy explains how Taskal handles information submitted through cart holds, product requests, orders and related emails.

1. Information we collect

We may collect buyer name, company or store name, email address, phone number, shipping address, country, order notes, wanted-item details, SKU/JAN information, target prices, target quantities, payment confirmation information, and communication history.

2. How we use information

We use this information to process reservations, confirm payment, source products, prepare quotes, arrange domestic and international shipping, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud or abuse, keep transaction records, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-handling obligations.

If your shop is added to the Taskal new-arrival list, we may use your email address and basic shop metadata to send deal updates by BCC. You can reply "remove" or contact info@morimorida.com to stop these updates.

3. Sharing with service providers

We share information only where reasonably necessary with payment providers, shipping carriers, customs or logistics providers, email and cloud infrastructure providers, Japan-side suppliers, and professional advisors. We do not sell personal information.

4. International handling

Taskal operates from Japan and serves overseas buyers. Information may be processed in Japan and in other countries by infrastructure, payment, email, or shipping providers needed to operate the service.

5. Retention

We keep transaction and communication records for as long as needed for sourcing, support, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and business administration. Wanted-item requests may be kept to understand buyer demand unless deletion is requested.

6. Security and payment data

We use reasonable operational safeguards and do not process card numbers on this website. Wise or bank transfers are handled outside this website by the payment provider or financial institution.

7. Cookies and local storage

The public shop does not require a member password. The site uses strictly necessary cookies for protected staff and admin sessions, and browser local storage for cart functionality. We do not currently run advertising cookies on the storefront.

8. Requests and contact

For access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or questions about personal information, contact info@morimorida.com. We may need to retain some records where required for transactions, legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
